Acceptance of terms

By using Cvon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Local processing

Cvon is designed to process all data locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or process your files, chat messages, or API keys on our servers. You are responsible for any data you input, process, or export using Cvon.

OpenRouter and third-party services

The AI chat and agent features communicate directly from your browser to OpenRouter using your own API key. Your use of OpenRouter is subject to their terms of service and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes, or charges.

No warranties

Cvon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the output will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose. Always review exported data before using it in production systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acetix.xyz and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Cvon.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Cvon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
